Effective September 1, 2026 · Version v1.0

Copyright Rules

RelayArt keeps authorship visible while people build a work together. These rules explain ownership, the service licence, credits and the infringement process.

18+ service ยท Copyright complaints
RelayArt is for adults aged 18 and over. Send identity, proof, the content location and a description of the claim to GazelleOlivares7020@outlook.com.

1. Ownership and licence

You keep copyright

Participants keep copyright in their own original parts; ownership does not transfer. The platform claims no ownership of your part.

Necessary non-exclusive licence

You grant a non-exclusive licence to operate, moderate, display and share, limited to what is necessary to provide the service.

2. Combination and credit

Participants agree their part is shown combined with other parts of the same relay. Works and branches permanently keep each part's author and order; no participant can remove another's credit.

3. Commercial limits

Version 1.0 supports no sale, commercial licensing, advertising use or revenue distribution for co-created works. Spending Sparks buys creation services only and confers no commercial rights in a work.

4. Withdrawal and deletion

Before merging

Before your part is merged you can withdraw the submission or release the slot at any time.

After merging

Merged parts affect other participants and the integrity of the work, so they are removed only through the infringement, privacy or violation process.

After account deletion

After account deletion, cloud data is handled under platform rules and merged content remains available where needed for work integrity.

5. Infringement process

  1. Complaint and evidence. The rights holder submits identity, proof and the location of the content.
  2. Interim takedown. Public display is paused for high-risk or well-supported claims.
  3. Notice and counter-notice. The respondent is notified and may file a counter-notice.
  4. Decision. After review the content is restored or kept down, and the outcome is recorded.
  5. Repeat infringement. Repeat infringers are escalated along the enforcement ladder.

This website version is kept aligned with RelayArt's bundled Copyright Rules (v1.0).
