For account, privacy, moderation, copyright or purchase questions, use Help & Feedback in RelayArt or contact the right team below.

Account and sign-in

Include the email address used for your RelayArt account, your device platform and a concise description of what happened. Never send your password, sign-in code or full payment-card information.

Delete your account

Open RelayArt and go to Settings > Account > Delete account. Complete the identity check and confirm. You are signed out immediately and cannot sign in again. If you cannot access the app, email GazelleOlivares7020@outlook.com from the address associated with your account.

Privacy and data requests

For access, correction, deletion or other personal-information requests, email GazelleOlivares7020@outlook.com. You can also manage profile visibility and device permissions from the app and your system settings.

Purchases and Sparks

Sparks are purchased only through Apple App Store in-app purchase and are credited after StoreKit transaction verification. For a purchase issue, include the bundle name, approximate purchase time and Apple transaction reference. Refunds for the App Store order follow Apple's policy; failed or uncreated in-app features are handled under the Sparks rules.

Current bundles are: 60 Sparks ($0.99), 300 ($4.99), 680 ($9.99), 1,280 ($19.99) and 3,280 ($49.99). StoreKit may display the local storefront price on a supported device.

Safety and moderation

Use the report and block controls in the relevant RelayArt screen. For urgent account-safety concerns, contact GazelleOlivares7020@outlook.com and include the affected profile, work or conversation identifier. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Copyright complaints

Send a sufficiently detailed complaint to GazelleOlivares7020@outlook.com. Include your identity, proof of rights, the location of the content, a comparison or explanation, and whether you request an interim takedown. The process is described in the Copyright Rules.
